To support our continued growth Mahlatini Luxury Travel is searching for an Operations Executive to join our team in Cape Town.
The successful candidate will offer invaluable support to our Travel Experts ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work with Travel Experts to ensure confirmed client itineraries are accurate and error free
Liaise with suppliers to confirm client bookings
Complete client travel documentation ensuring information provided is up-to-date, factually correct and in-keeping with the Mahlatini brand
Work with Travel Experts and suppliers to enhance clients’ experience during their trip
Keep up-to-date with travel regulations for Mahlatini’s destinations
Support new product launches
Deal with incoming queries and client feedback in a timely manner including problem-solving
Support the Operations Manager and Sales Team Leaders to ensure an efficient operation
Assist sales team during peak times
Manage office supplies
Any other duties as required
Desired Experience & Qualification
Essential:
A demonstrable passion for travel
Experience in the travel industry
Strong organisation and time management skills
Advanced levels of IT literacy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Passionate about customer service
Able to build relationships with purpose
Able to appropriately represent the Mahlatini brand
Desired:
Knowledge of Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands
GDS/flight operating systems
