Introduction
A well-established company in the food manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced Human Resource Officer to be based in the Bloemfontein area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and Monitor all Job listings and applications through Job boards and online platforms.
- Screen resumes and job applications for possible candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and create a short list of qualified applicants.
- Analise hiring trends and post vacancies on various digital platforms.
- Communicate with candidates during the hiring process.
- Identify hard to fill positions and determine the best method of sourcing qualified candidates.
- Utilise new recruitment toools in collaboration with reliable talent sourcing methods.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Create an external talent pool by maintaining a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- B-Com in Human Resource Management or B.Soc.Sc Qualification.
- Honours in any of the above mentioned qualifications will be adventageous.
- 3 Years extensive experience as a recruiter.
- Valid RSA drivers license with own transport.
