About the role:
We are seeking young, dynamic and ambitious candidates to join our Outbound Sales team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our next-gen team, leading the industry with our financial assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling customers with regards to financial assistance to check whether they qualify.
- Answer questions about our products and services relating to our business morals.
- Asking questions to understand customers situations and requirements
- Manage clients information in our database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Advise clients on a possible solutions
- GO THE “EXTRA MILE” to meet sales quota and targets given by the Leadership team.
- Constantly seek ways to improve on performance through lifelong learning and new skill acquisition mechanism
Requirements:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is considered as an asset and advantage
- Ability to learn product knowledge and use it while on calls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with ability to resolve issues
- Familiarity with basic computer skills or previous computer training
- Fluent in English speaking is a must – more than 2 different languages will be an advantage
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to take initiative and problem solve
- Must have a positive attitude, be ambitious and eager to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R5,000.00 – R45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
