We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales professional to actively promote and sell our products/services to prospective customers. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, possessing exceptional interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services, effectively articulating their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans, exceeding sales targets.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and trust with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, coupled with effective objection handling.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, working independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
Background in sales or a related field preferred.
