Learnership Overview
The Sun International is committed to skills development by providing unemployed youth who have completed Grade 12 with an opportunity to gain valuable work experience and a qualification. The learnership will accommodate 10x learners for the skills development.
The Learnership is outcome-based and is intended to contribute towards addressing the skills gap. The programme will run for a period of twelve (12) months and requires committed individuals who will need to complete both theoretical and workplace practical learning components before they can be awarded their formal qualification.

Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (with English Passed)
- Valid South African ID
- Ability to work shifts and in a smoking area.
- Sound inter-personal skills.
- Well-presented and spoken.
- Self –motivated
- High levels of initiative and drive
- Physically able to work and stand for long periods of time.
- Physically able to move machines and handle and work with tools applicable to the job.
- Ability to work shifts that meet operational requirements.
