Update the master data and developing systems to improve master data capture, support the creation and approval of data sheets, etc.

Job Objectives
Execute master data creations and changes for products, customers and users (but not limited to)
Updating the master data and developing systems to improve master data capture
Support the creation and approval of data sheets
Provide first line support on operational processes and applications
Perform data quality checks
Identify and correct minor issues with the process or tools in a timely and collaborative manner
Troubleshoot, research and understand the correlation of data in day-to-day operations
Support the implementation of data strategies
Support on all data management related service calls from the help desk
Act as facilitator between business data owner and master data
Consult with internal business with understand new business requirements, translation thereof into the system and master data
Managing the process to ensure consistency in master data creations, changes and deletions
Maintain master data integrity around current master data (customers, products, users, etc.)
Establishing new process and quality metrics around master data elements to ensure the consistency
Providing service to all departments when it comes to the use of data capturing applications
Compliance: ensure compliance is adhered to for all key and relevant financial and master data controls
Qualifications
IT qualification or studying towards
Experience
At least 3 – 5 years of experience working in Data Administration
Exposure to SAP Retail or any SAP modules (advantageous)
Experience in a Retail and or manufacturing industry
Knowledge and Skills
