Introduction
To facilitate all internal logistics, maintain and monitor all offshore working Rope Access Technicians. The candidate will further need to facilitate the correct completion of ASP documentation such as certificates, contracts etc and ensure all project personnel logistics run smoothly.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To facilitate all internal logistical requirements and maintain and monitor all offshore working Rope Access Technicians.
- To facilitate the correct completion of ASP documentation.
- To ensure all project personnel logistics run smoothly.
- To maintain communication with clients.
- Verification of all certificates, training & project-related safety requirements.
- Maintain and update personnel database.
- Assist project managers with all general queries regarding project logistics.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Driver’s licence
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Good command of English
- Any other languages beneficial
- Prior experience in travel Industry advantageous
