The FFUN Group is hiring multiple positions across Canada, including:
General Manager – we are looking for a leader who is committed to the process and who will:
- Oversee dealership operations including all variable and fixed operations.
- Drive dealership performance by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Create exceptional buying and ownership experiences for our customers.
- Interact with customers, sales, service + parts teams, regional + market leadership, meets with manufacturer representatives + vendors.
- Focus on continuous improvement initiatives and best practice that performance and results.
- Brings 10 years of management experience in a sales and service capacity, with bonus points for General Manager or General Sales Manager experience retailing something with a motor.
Service Manager
- Support, train, guide and be a positive role model to your Advisors and Technicians.
- Oversee the financial performance of the service department.
- Hire and retain a talented team, working with the needs of everyone in mind.
- Has 5 years of service management experience working with anything that has motor (land or water).
- Has professional mechanic experience (considered an asset).
Mechanic/Service Technician
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicles and assisting with repair estimates.
- Recommending maintenance and prepping, disassembling/reassembling.
- Be a mentor to apprentice and junior technicians.
- 3-5 years of Mechanic/Service Technician dealership experience.
