Duties & Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, Relevant tourism qualification advantageous
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans essential
- Own transport essential
- Minimum ten years’ experience in a customer facing and administrative role
- Computer Literate
- Excellent communication and written skills, bilingual in English & Afrikaans
- Must be exceptionally well groomed and presented at all times to be the front face of the company
- Ability to multitask well
DUTIES

- Liaise with clients on various social media platforms, Whatsapp, email, website, answering all enquiries timeously and professionally with excellent grammatical skills
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Dealing face to face with incoming clients daily
- Managing enquiries and solving any problems professionally that could occur
- Manage reservations ensuring they are updated regularly on the in-house system
- Ensure checklists are completed and clients are guided on all safety checks before their excursions
- Update schedules from reservations
- Ensure clients needs are met timeously
- Ensure payments are completed
- Manage all relevant documentation for bookings
- Complete administration required within the department
- Manage spreadsheets required
- Work with the team in order for a successful outcome to be experienced by all customers
- Manage filing and administration
Salary: R dependent on experience
