Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Clover YES Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4)
- Fluency in Business English
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities
Stock Control and Ordering
- Apply correct stock control procedures in-store and in back-up areas
- Manage product returns according to store work plans
- Prevent out-of-stock situations and report issues to the Area Manager
- Place accurate and timely stock orders
- Ensure shelves are clean, neat, and fully stocked
- Manage crates and equipment in line with company policies
- Maintain positive working relationships with store staff
Shelf and Merchandising Management
- Pack shelves according to store flow and merchandising standards
- Maintain fridges and cold-chain standards
- Follow planograms to ensure correct shelf layouts
- Ensure product labels and pricing are displayed correctly
- Place and maintain point-of-sale material
- Complete all required administrative documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility in-store
Relationship Management
- Maintain professional relationships with store management, customers, Area Managers, Head Office staff, and fellow merchandisers
